Kick-off Meeting & Distributor Summit

The kick-off meeting and distributor summit, held back-to-back, brought together European Terumo sales force employees and their distributors to align on annual objectives. The events featured a structured programme, consistent branding, integrated audiovisual support and digital engagement tools. Thanks to careful coordination and attention to detail, both gatherings ran smoothly, building on the experience of previous editions while engaging a wide audience.

'Synergy' EMEA & LATAM Sales Meeting

The Dexcom Sales Meeting combined a structured methodology with creative design and precise logistical coordination. A consistent visual identity and a theme-driven approach connected every touchpoint, from registration to closing. A dedicated app guided participants throughout, while a curated opening performance set the tone for the day, ensuring a smooth, engaging, and cohesive experience.

Elite Trip

We organised a prestigious four-day incentive trip to Scotland for Smith & Nephew, rewarding their top sales performers. The programme combined carefully chosen experiences, smooth logistics and personalised details to ensure a well-balanced and enjoyable trip for participants and their partners.

'The Circular Economy of Plastics' report

Plastics Europe asked us to turn complex data into a clear, engaging flagship report. We created a strong visual identity across print, digital, and social media, turning a one-off assignment into a long-term creative partnership.

'Latex-free' video campaign

Cardinal Health partnered with us to produce a short film promoting latex-free gloves. Through powerful storytelling and carefully crafted imagery, we created a compelling narrative that raised awareness about latex sensitivity among healthcare professionals.

Automotive trade fairs

In close collaboration with ArcelorMittal, we have transformed trade fair participation into a strategic communications platform. Our flexible stand designs, digital tools and holographic display enhance brand visibility across Europe and Asia, while our dedicated on-site team ensures consistent quality at every event.

'Employers’Day' multi-channel event

For the second consecutive year, Actiris brought its services directly to Brussels employers with ‘Employers’ Day’. We delivered visual identity, venue and logistics management, digital tools, and a multimedia campaign – including a custom bilingual app with interactive maps, forms, quizzes, and geolocation – while concerts and entertainment animated the streets.

Kick-off social activity

Since 2015, Terumo has relied on us to shape the team-building part of their annual Kick-off Meetings. Each year, we design original activities that strengthen cohesion, balance creativity with practicality, and remain close to the meeting venue.

Family Day

For SWDE’s Family Day in Marche-en-Famenne, we transformed an empty site into an immersive space for 1,200 employees and their families. Distinct themed zones, digital flow management, and intergenerational activities ensured smooth logistics and memorable moments for all ages.
