Co-mana started in Brussels in 2003.
Our name comes from the Polynesian word mana.
It refers to a powerful energy that grows when people come together.
That idea still guides how we work.
Everyone brings their craft to the table, and together we achieve more than we could alone.
We’re a small team with a wide reach.
Our size keeps us agile and close to the client, while our experience allows us to work comfortably across borders.
We’re structured around three in-house disciplines: event organisation, graphic design and video production.
They can work independently or come together, depending on what each project calls for.
Our organisation is simple and intentional.

For over twenty years, we’ve been planning and delivering events in many formats and at many scales.
We manage the full journey, from early strategy and concept development to venue sourcing, logistics and on-site coordination.
We take time to understand how our clients work and what they want to achieve.
That insight shapes every concept we create and helps us deliver events that support real business goals.
Design & video production is our creative extension
Strong events need strong identities.
Our teams of graphic designer and videographers work closely with our event specialists to ensure every message is clear and consistent.
Creative and operational thinking move in the same direction, from the first idea to the final output.
Beyond events, we support internal and external communication projects of all kinds, from campaigns and videos to brand resources and internal tools.
