We organised a prestigious four-day incentive trip to Scotland for Smith & Nephew, rewarding their top sales performers. The programme combined carefully chosen experiences, smooth logistics and personalised details to ensure a well-balanced and enjoyable trip for participants and their partners.

The story:

Incentive trips reward performance and create shared experiences. In 2023, for the second year running, Smith & Nephew asked us to organise their Elite Trip for top sales performers.

We handled the trip end to end.
A visual theme was developed to reflect the destination and the client’s brand, forming the backbone of all communications. Invitations, animated teasers and a dedicated registration platform guided participants smoothly from first contact to arrival.

The programme combined cultural visits, gastronomy and sporting activities across handpicked Scottish destinations and venues. Once registrations were finalised, we managed every operational detail: transfers, luggage, catering and on-site coordination, ensuring a seamless four-day experience.

To keep the experience alive afterwards, participants received personalised gifts and a custom trip book. A private online photo gallery let them revisit key moments and share memories long after the trip ended.
