'Synergy' EMEA & LATAM Sales Meeting
The Dexcom Sales Meeting combined a structured methodology with creative design and precise logistical coordination. A consistent visual identity and a theme-driven approach connected every touchpoint, from registration to closing. A dedicated app guided participants throughout, while a curated opening performance set the tone for the day, ensuring a smooth, engaging, and cohesive experience.
The story:
The project began with a clear objective: to create an event where the logistics, content and design would work together seamlessly. While the essential organisational pillars such as transfers, accommodation, catering, venue layout and content production were covered, our focus was on building a framework to guide the entire experience.
A solid methodological note became our foundation. This strategic document defined the project roadmap, clarified roles, helped us to anticipate risks, and set measurable indicators. It ensured that everyone involved worked with the same reference points.
We then developed a cohesive visual identity by bringing together the event, graphics, and video teams. This collaborative approach guaranteed consistent application of the logotype, theme, and all design elements across every medium. The chosen theme became the creative backbone of the event, shaping the opening message, entertainment, activities, décor and giveaways. The theme's purpose was simple: to reinforce the event’s goals and create an unforgettable atmosphere for attendees.
To support communication and enhance engagement, we created a dedicated event website and app. These platforms centralised all essential information, including the agenda, speakers, maps, and logistics. Attendees could personalise their agenda, explore profiles, take part in networking opportunities and polls, and receive real-time updates via push notifications. The result was a simple, intuitive and efficient digital experience.
Then came the moment that truly set the tone for the entire event: a unique opening session featuring the Castellers de Vilafranca. Their breathtaking human towers perfectly embodied the theme Outsmart to Outperform. Through collaboration, trust, and adaptability, they illustrated the very essence of high-performing teams. Their performance left the audience speechless, establishing an emotional connection that would carry through the rest of the meeting.
In the end, the event delivered far more than a program. It created a unified experience where strategy, creativity, logistics, and emotion came together, setting a new benchmark for coherence, storytelling, and impact.
