'Employers’Day' multi-channel event
For the second consecutive year, Actiris brought its services directly to Brussels employers with ‘Employers’ Day’. We delivered visual identity, venue and logistics management, digital tools, and a multimedia campaign – including a custom bilingual app with interactive maps, forms, quizzes, and geolocation – while concerts and entertainment animated the streets.
The story:
Actiris contacted us to oversee its ambitious ‘Employers' Day’ project in Brussels, a city-wide event designed to connect job seekers with potential employers. This multifaceted project required comprehensive expertise, ranging from the development of the visual identity and interaction tools to venues logistics.
We designed a dynamic visual identity that captured the energy of Brussels' job market and applies it consistently across all sites and platforms, starting with the multi-channel communication campaign.
The highlight of the project was our customised bilingual application. Interactive maps with real-time geolocation guided users directly to employers. Engagement tools allowed participants to connect instantly, explore career paths through quizzes, and receive personalised recommendations tailored to their profile.
The application ran on a robust backend, synchronising data between multiple sites in real time. Employer availability, queues, and schedules were updated instantly. Our technical team provided on-site support, ensuring smooth operations and collecting analytical data that proved the exceptional engagement of participants.
We went beyond screens; live entertainment, including concerts, created a lively networking atmosphere and kept participants engaged beyond the recruitment stands.
Actiris Employers’ Day showed how to turn complex logistics into engaging experiences.
